Im heutigen Post möchte ich euch ein paar Outfits zeigen, die ich vor kurzem anhatte, als es noch ein bisschen wärmer war. 
Ich hoffe, der Einblick in meinen Kleiderschrank und in meine täglichen Outfits gefällt euch, ich habe vor, das in Zukunft öfters zu machen. :)

A month in my life - May

Mit diesem Post starte ich eine neue Reihe, die von meinem täglichen Leben handeln soll. Da ich Vlogs auf Youtube zur Zeit sehr liebe, dachte ich mir, ich könnte monatlich Zusammenfassungen von den Dingen machen, die ich im jeweiligen Monat gemacht, gemocht und entdeckt habe.

Mai 2017

Diesen Monat haben viele aus meiner Familie Geburtstag gefeiert und deswegen war ich auf Geschenkesuche und bin schließlich unter Anderem bei Butlers fündig geworden.
There were many birthday celebrations this month so I was constantly on the hunt for gifts. These cute matching things are from Butlers.

Dieses Outfit hatte ich am Muttertag an. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie beim Italiener essen und am See spazieren.
This was my outfit for mother's day. We spent the day having lunch at an Italian restaurant by the lake.

What you can't see in the outfitpictures is that I ate this whole thing right before taking them haha

Endlich ist die Sonne zurück und man kann auf dem Balkon sitzen und lesen, Musik hören oder sich sonnen. :)
The sun is finally back and the balcony becomes the second living room (or the first, since we don't have a living room in our apartment).

Patterned Skirt & Beige Coat // Outfit

Ein beigefarbener Mantel ist ein super Basic-Teil, das ein Outfit schnell und einfach aufwerten kann und ich bin sehr froh darüber, dieses Exemplar von Esprit gefunden zu haben. Besonders der kastenförmige Schnitt gefällt mir sehr gut, da der Mantel dadurch lässig wirkt und somit perfekt dazu geeignet ist, einen etwas schickeren Rock alltagstauglich zu machen.
Der Rock, den ich trage, ist von Edited und ich muss gestehen, dass ich ihn Caro Daur "nachgekauft" habe, als ich ihn auf einem ihrer Instagram-Fotos entdeckt habe haha. Er ist aus einem wollartigen Stoff gemacht und ich könnte mir gut vorstellen, dass ein Materialmix mit einem anderen Stoff (z.Bsp. Strickpulli) auch interessant aussehen könnte. In diesem Fall habe ich aber ein schlichtes schwarzes Oberteil gewählt, um es auf meine schwarzen Overknees abzustimmen.
Die Outfitfotos sind vor kurzem an einem freien Tag in Basel entstanden und ich hoffe, sie gefallen euch. :)

Hi!
A beige coat is the perfect closet staple to make an outfit look more sophisticated and stylish. Mine is from Esprit and I love it. The cut of it is rather boxy, which makes it look cool and effortless and therefore great for dressing down a fancy skirt.
My skirt is patterned and made out of wool-like material. I think it would look great combined with a different material (like for example a chunky sweater), but since I wanted to keep it casual I opted for a simple black shirt. For shoes, I wore my black overknees from asos because I liked the way they contrasted with the big coat since they're very fitted.
I took these pictures on a two-day trip to Basel, Switzerland and there were so many background-worthy locations that I couldn't even decide on one, so I chose several haha. I wish I had this problem everyday, but the photo ops are rather limited where I live.

Btw all the confetti is the result of a tradition called 'Basler Fastnacht'. You should google it if you haven't heard about it, the costumes and lanterns are pretty awesome.

My Favorite Skincare Products

Heute möchte ich euch meine Lieblingsprodukte für die Haut vorstellen. Nachdem ich die Feuchtigkeitscremes und Abschminktücher verschiedener Marken ausprobiert habe, bin ich bei denen von Nivea hängen geblieben. Ich habe sehr trockene Haut und kaufe daher immer die Produkte für Trockene und sensible Haut (pinke Aufschrift) oder für Normale Haut & Mischhaut (blaue Aufschrift). Manche von ihnen gibt es nur online und daher habe ich mein vor kurzem angekommenes Nivea-Päckchen zum Anlass genommen, euch meine Favoriten vorzustellen.

1) Die Abschminktücher '3-in-1 Erfrischende Reinigungstücher' brennen nicht in den Augen und entfernen auch Eyeliner einigermaßen gut. Sie sind nicht perfekt, aber trotzdem habe ich bis jetzt keine anderen Abschminktücher gefunden, die besser sind. [hier (trockene Haut)] [hier (Normale Haut)]

2) Die Reinigungsmousses (Sanftes bzw. Erfrischendes Reinigungsmousse) sind nur online erhältlich. Sie riechen nach nicht viel, aber trotzdem gut, was mir sehr gefällt, da ich starke Gerüche nicht gerne im Gesicht habe. Ich nutze das Mousse, um mein Gesicht zu waschen und ich finde die Konsistenz ist perfekt dafür geeignet. [hier (trockene Haut)] [hier (normale Haut)]

3) Die 'Feuchtigkeitsspendende Tagespflege' verwende ich schon seit mehreren Jahren als Feuchtigkeitscreme und sie hinterlässt ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl auf der Haut. Sie zieht relativ schnell ein und spendet trotzdem gleichzeitig lange Feuchtigkeit. Sie hat ebenfalls diesen 'riecht nach nichts aber trotzdem gut'-Geruch. [hier (normale Haut)]

4) Die 'Erfrischende Feuchtigkeitsmaske' (im 3er-Pack) habe ich mitbestellt, aber habe sie noch nicht getestet. Aber ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass sie mir genauso gut wie der Rest der Produkte gefallen wird. :) [hier (normale Haut)]

Für mich ist es ziemlich selbsterklärend, dass ich nicht von so einer großen Marke wie Nivea gesponsert bin, da mein Blog und meine Reichweite noch sehr klein sind, aber ich dachte ich erwähne es trotzdem vorsichtshalber mal. :)

Da dies mein erster 'Review'-Post ist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn ihr mir Rückmeldung darüber gebt, ob ihr den Post hilfreich und/oder interessant fandet.
Außerdem würde ich auch gerne eure Tipps für gute Produkte für trockene Haut hören, falls ihr welche habt.

In todays post I want to show you my favorite skincare products. After trying out the make-up wipes and moisturizers of different brands I ended up only buying products from Nivea, cause they seem to work best for my skin type. I have very dry skin, so I make sure to buy their products for dry skin (pink label) or for normal skin (blue label). Some of these products are only available online and I ordered a few of them not too long ago. Now that I'm all stocked up I want to show you my favorites:

1) The make-up wipes can remove eyeliner and don't feel like they burn your eyes. Even though they could be better, I still haven't found other make-up wipes that can compare or even beat these.

2) I love to use the mousses to wash my face since their consistency feels good on the skin and because they don't really smell like much, but still good. I don't know how Nivea does that, but it's great!

3) The moisturizer works really well and keeps the skin moisturized during the day. It gives a lot of longlasting moisture without looking oily or shiny at all. And it smells really nice, just like the mousses.

4) Lastly I ordered some face masks while I was at it, but I haven't tried them out yet. I'm sure I'll like them though, if they're as good as the other products. :)

My blog isn't very big yet, so I'm nowhere near being sponsored by a big brand like Nivea. This seems quite obvious, but I still thought I'd mention it just to make sure.

In the Afternoon Sun // Outfit

Ich melde mich zurück mit einem Outfitpost. :)
Gestern war es angenehm warm und daher habe ich endlich wieder mal zu einer dünneren Jacke anstatt zu meinem dicken Winterparka greifen können. (Heute schneit es, so viel zum Thema Frühlingsstimmung.)
Ich mag die Kombination von einer Lederjacke und weißen Sneakers sehr gerne, man könnte sie in viele verschiedene Outfits einbauen und zum Beispiel mit einem Bohokleid oder mit einer Karottenhose und einer Bluse tragen... Ich habe mich jedoch für die schlichteste Variante überhaupt entschieden - einen Pulli und Jeans. (#comfortwins) haha.
Ich hoffe, euch gefallen die Fotos.

I'm back with a new outfitpost. :)
The weather yesterday was not too bad so I decided to go for a light jacket instead of my huge parka and I got pretty excited for spring. (Today I woke up to snow, lol.)
I love the way a leather jacket looks when it's combined with white sneakers. You can add this staple combination to so many looks, for example to a boho dress or to peg pants and a blouse. I went for the most simple look, I combined it with a sweater and jeans (#comfortwins) haha.
